Terms of Use

These terms apply to all purchases and bookings made through nailsmini.nl (Anna, nail-technician education, Tilburg, Netherlands — TODO: legal business name/KVK number once registered).

1. Products

  • Digital course (video + PDF, delivered via a private Telegram channel) — instant delivery after payment.
  • “Self-Manicure” course (1 day, in person, Tilburg).
  • Group master course (3 days, in person, small group of up to 4 people).
  • Individual 1-on-1 course (3 days, in person, personalised programme).

2. Payment

Payment is accepted via our payment provider Mollie (iDEAL, Bancontact, card). Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Right of withdrawal (14 days) — digital course

Under EU consumer-protection law, distance purchases come with a 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

Important — digital content: when you purchase the digital course, you get instant access to the materials right after payment. By clicking “pay”, you explicitly agree to immediate access being granted and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal for the digital content once access has been given (Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). If you want to keep your 14-day right of withdrawal, do not open the course materials before that period ends — if you haven’t accessed the content, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling — offline courses

  • Cancelling more than 14 days before the course date — full refund.
  • Cancelling 7–14 days before the course date — 50% refund or a free reschedule to another date (your choice).
  • Cancelling less than 7 days before the course date — no refund, but a one-time reschedule is possible subject to availability.
  • Cancellation by Anna (illness, insufficient group size, etc.) — full refund or reschedule, student’s choice.
  • Payment reserves your seat — group spots are limited.

5. Certificate

A certificate of completion is issued after successfully finishing the group or individual course. The certificate is not a government licence — nail-technician training is unregulated in the Netherlands; the certificate confirms the training completed and skills demonstrated, for use with your future clients.

All photos, videos, and written materials on this site, in the digital course, and in offline-course handouts belong to Anna (nailsmini.nl). Copying, distributing, or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

Course materials are provided for educational purposes. Results depend on individual practice. Anna is not liable for the use of skills learned outside the guidance given during the course, including work performed without following disinfection and safety rules.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation where possible; failing that, in the competent Dutch court.
